I recently purchased an Umbrel Home device. Some experiments I’ve done so far:

• Installed Bitcoin Core: this is the first rung in the ladder.
• Lightning Node: By itself, this is difficult, but with Alby Hub, the management of this was infinitely easier.
• Alby Hub: This, when connected to my Lightning Node, I was able to open a couple of channels with a Lightning service Provider and connect things up.
  • Connected Blue Wallet (Android) via Alby
  • Connected Alby Go (Android) via Alby
  • Connected my nostr accounts (Primal, Amethyst, etc.) via Alby
• LNBits: I was able to create “giveaway” vouchers of lightning, after building a reverse proxy from my Lightsail AWS instance.
